The new generation Rotogravure Press is led by ELS technology. 操作界面

主控臺(tái)（與控制按鈕集成一體），主要由收料側(cè)的操作界面觸摸屏，放料側(cè)遠(yuǎn)程控制面板及每個(gè)色組的輔助設(shè)施組成，方便操作。

OPERATOR INTERFACE

Master operator control console (integrated with the control push button) mainly consists of touch screen operator interface, located at rewind side and remote operator control panel at unwind side, as well as each and every printing units facilities ease in operation.

印刷單元

每個(gè)色組控制面板主要包括觸摸屏操作界面（HMI）、刮刀氣動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)、壓印套筒膠輥和橫向套準(zhǔn)電氣控制、烘箱溫度顯示、急停及報(bào)警按鈕等。

PRINT UNIT

Each print unit control panel mainly consists of touch screen operator interface (HMI), pneumatic controls for doctor blade group, impression rubber sleeve and electrical controls for manual length and side-lay register settings, temperature display for drying chamber, hooter and emergency stop etc.

印刷單元控制

每個(gè)色組單元有單獨(dú)的HMI操作面板，例如墨槽可根據(jù)一般直徑自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，印版順序裝卸，套準(zhǔn)預(yù)設(shè)值等等。

PRINT STATION CONTROLS

HMI on each printing station to operate all individual print uint functions such as Auto ink tray leveling with respected to cylinder diameter, Cylinder loading/unloading sequence register presetting and many more…..

放料牽引控制

該系統(tǒng)保證進(jìn)入第一個(gè)印刷色組之前的料膜精確的張力控制并將放料區(qū)張力的影響隔開(kāi)，位于旋轉(zhuǎn)桿上平衡的擺輥采用單獨(dú)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)（獨(dú)特的張力反饋機(jī)制），擺輥的位置控制放料牽引電機(jī)的速度。

IN-FEED WEB HANDLING CONTROL

The system provides precise tension control of the web before entering to the first printing station and insolates the printing unit from tension disturbance of the unwinding zone. Dancing roller on pivoting lever mounting loaded by a counterweight (Unique mechanism for tension feedback) having motorized movement by means of slo-syn motor. The dancing roller position controls the speed of the in-feed motor.

控制系統(tǒng)

所有印刷單元，放料部，收料部，放料牽引和收料牽引都采用獨(dú)立的伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)控制，并且由擁有智能軟件程序的高性能控制器監(jiān)測(cè)。

基于通訊系統(tǒng)的以太網(wǎng)/IP通過(guò)提供快速、可靠、無(wú)錯(cuò)誤的通訊來(lái)保持所有的驅(qū)動(dòng)嚴(yán)格同步。

CONTROL SYSTEM

All the printing units, Unwinder, Rewinder, in-feed, and out-feed are individually driven by servo motors-drives and controller and supervised by the high performance motion controller having its own intelligent software.

“Ethernet/IP based communication system”used to maintain tight synchronization between all the drives by providing fast reliable and jitter-free communication.

放料部

塔式放料結(jié)構(gòu)配有自動(dòng)裁切接料功能；

該系統(tǒng)主要包括按鈕、電動(dòng)圓盤、氣動(dòng)自動(dòng)裁刀臂、橡膠輥及裁刀裝置；

氣漲軸和安全卡盤固定料卷；

放料料膜控制采用最新一代AC伺服技術(shù)，該系統(tǒng)主要包括AC伺服電機(jī)及驅(qū)動(dòng)器，氣動(dòng)控制的低摩擦擺輥裝置及壓力傳感器，實(shí)現(xiàn)張力反饋及實(shí)際張力顯示；

電子電動(dòng)勢(shì)糾偏系統(tǒng)；

UNWIND GROUP

Turret type Unwinder with flying splice.

The system mainly composed of push button initiated motorized rotating disc, pneumatically loaded automatic splicing arm, rubber covered pasting roller and cutting blade assembly etc.

Pneumatically expanded shafts and safety chucks to hold the reels.

Unwind Web Handling Control using latest generation AC servo technology. The system mainly composed of AC servo motor and drive, pneumatically loaded low friction dancing roller assembly and load cell for tension feed-back and actual tension display.

Electro-electric Edge Guiding System

獨(dú)特設(shè)計(jì)的刮刀系統(tǒng)

刮刀裝置采用低摩擦的滾珠軸套以避免粘滑運(yùn)動(dòng)，堅(jiān)固牢靠的刮刀裝置可以實(shí)現(xiàn)高度方向、平行度及角度的單獨(dú)調(diào)節(jié)，另外，該系統(tǒng)可以向后傾斜以實(shí)現(xiàn)刮刀部件的更換，無(wú)需工具；

直線式、小壓力刮刀結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量印刷效果，延長(zhǎng)了版輥使用壽命；

刮刀支撐結(jié)構(gòu)可以針對(duì)印版滾筒進(jìn)行高度和平行度精密調(diào)整，這可以實(shí)現(xiàn)不同角度的刮刀角度及相應(yīng)的位置尺度，從而保證以后產(chǎn)品的再現(xiàn)性。

UNIQUE DESIGNED DOCTOR BLADE GROUP

Doctor blade group sliding on low friction ball bushings to eliminate the stick-slip problem. Very sturdy doctor blade group, independently adjustable in height, parallelism and angle. In addition, the group can be titled backward to allow the replacement of the doctor blade without use of tool.

Designed to ensure a straight profile of the blade resulting in lesser blade pressure, better print quality and longer cylinder life.

Doctor blade supporting assembly with precision adjustment for height and parallelism to the printing cylinder, thus allowing to work in different doctor blade angle; reference position scales, to guarantee repeatability for future productions.

套筒式壓印組裝結(jié)構(gòu)

套筒系統(tǒng)由表面有玻璃纖維的橡膠和芯軸組成；

通過(guò)精密的低摩擦的滾珠滑軌上升或者下降，從而保證了精確的位移；

設(shè)備停止時(shí)，通過(guò)特殊的中間氣動(dòng)滾筒裝置實(shí)現(xiàn)套筒自動(dòng)分離；

SLEEVE TYPE IMPRESSION ASSEMBLY

The sleeve system consists of an air mandrel with a rubber covered fiberglass sleeve.

Raising –lowering on precision sliding guides with low friction ball bushing, which ensure smooth and precise displacement.

Automatic detach of the impression sleeve at machine stop by using special pneumatic cylinder having intermediate stoppage facility.

傳動(dòng)

版輥軸鎖定系統(tǒng)，版輥軸與電機(jī)直連（真正直接傳動(dòng)，未采用任何減速比原件），通過(guò)彈簧加緊鎖定裝置保證版輥快速、方便鎖定。
